Power & Plans is the public-facing brand of Power and Plans, an Ontario sole proprietorship owned and operated by Hasani Miller. References to “Power & Plans,” “Power and Plans,” “we,” or “us” refer to that sole proprietorship.
Current service status
Power & Plans offers professional engineering services only in Ontario under a PEO Certificate of Authorization. It does not offer professional engineering services in British Columbia. Non-engineering custom ERP, workflow automation, and digital-system services may be delivered across Canada where the engagement is appropriate.
Hasani Miller's individual P.Eng. licences in Ontario and British Columbia are personal credentials. An individual licence is distinct from the authorization required for a business to offer professional engineering services.
No professional advice

No client relationship
Viewing the site, sending an inquiry, receiving an acknowledgement, or having a preliminary conversation does not create a client relationship or require Power & Plans to accept work. An engagement begins only when fit, capability, capacity, conflicts, scope, fees, schedule, security, responsibilities, and other terms are confirmed in a written agreement.
Emergencies and unsafe conditions
This site is not an emergency service. Do not use the inquiry form for an energized hazard, fire, shock event, outage emergency, cyber incident in progress, or any condition posing immediate risk. Keep clear, contact emergency services where appropriate, and use the relevant utility, authority, owner, service provider, or licensed contractor emergency channel.
Electrical installation
Power & Plans does not perform electrical installation, repair, or alteration. Such work must be completed by a person or contractor authorized for the work. Where Ontario law requires a licensed electrical contractor, clients must separately engage a contractor holding the appropriate ECRA/ESA licence.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable care is taken in preparing the site, but content may be incomplete, become outdated, or contain errors. Services depend on the facts, jurisdiction, applicable authorization, capability, capacity, insurance, conflicts, security requirements, and written acceptance. The site may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for having authority to provide it. Do not send confidential, proprietary, security-sensitive, or third-party personal information through the initial inquiry form. Malicious code, abuse, attempts to bypass security, or unlawful use are prohibited.

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, Power & Plans brand assets, diagrams, animations, and original written content are owned by the business and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Applicable third-party rights remain with their owners.

The site relies on or links to third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are outside the direct control of Power & Plans and are governed by their own terms.
Applicable law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. A written client agreement may contain different or additional terms for a specific engagement.
